We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice.
Service fees are outlined in your individual service agreement. Fees are billed monthly. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
All technology, software, workflows, and materials developed by Parish Agency remain our exclusive intellectual property. You retain ownership of your business data and customer information.
Our services may involve recording and transcription of phone calls made on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with applicable call recording laws. Recordings are stored securely per our Privacy Policy. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation. Parish Agency is not responsible for missed calls, scheduling errors, or losses arising from technical issues or third-party outages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parish Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend services immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or violation of applicable laws. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Summit County, Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
